Fascias & Soffits
Before & After - new upvc fascia and gutters
A fascia is the horizontal "fascia board" which caps the end of rafters outside a building may be used to hold the rain gutter. The finished surface below the fascia and rafters is called the soffit or eave. It stops tiles on the roof from shifting, and should a replacement be required, we'll be there.
Our fascia installation service can safely replace rotten or broken fascia and soffit boards with new ones that not only help protect your home from the elements but will look good for years to come.

Years of withstanding the UK weather can leave your home exposed to damp, condensation and decay. But those all – important soffits, fascias, bargeboards, cladding boards, gutters and downpipes are easily forgotten – until something goes wrong!
Fascias are available in a range of styles and colours to suit your property and preference but when it comes to replacing fascias and soffits, choosing a good-looking roofline product is only half the story. Expert installation is vital too, in order to protect your home against damp!
Many companies just cover over the rotting existing timber fascia and soffits without actually repairing the underlying problems, this can only hide your problems temporarily. However, we have many years experience and can provide a complete replacement service that will protect your property for years and years, which is why we provide a 10 year guarantee on all roof line products.
A Soffit is the flat section underneath the fascia board, you can see it if you look up at the roof from ground level.
Some soffits are ventilated - vented soffits allow for the air to circulate to help keep condensation from getting into the roofline.
In this example the soffit is fixed to the slope of the rafters. The fascias form the outer edge and have a groove in them to receive the soffit lining sheets. Your soffit is structurally integral to your roof, so when and if it should get damaged you'll want a quality repair. We will fix and replace any soffit, no matter how big or small!
